The following is just an example of a letter that could be sent to a major international star, like the Beatles, to invite them to participate in the All We Need To Know project.

Dear Sir Paul McCartney and Mr. Ringo Starr;

As artists of music, we have the power to influence the world-changers, the idea-creators, the consensus-builders, the dreamers, the doers, and the willing-followers who are searching for hope and direction.

Hope is the promise for a better future that is frozen within our hearts.  It takes time, effort, and love for it to thaw and begin to flow, but when joined by similar streams, hope can be channeled, it can be harnessed, and it can become an irresistible force for the change we want to see in the world.

The 20th century philosopher Herbert Marcuse said, “Art cannot change the world, but it can contribute to changing the consciousness and drives of the men and women who could change the world. “

My writing partner and I have created a concert length musical concept project, “All We Need To Know” that has the potential of becoming the musical event of this century.  With your talent, and collaboration, we believe that All We Need To Know could be developed into the kind of paradigm shifting musical/artistic event that truly has the potential to give our world hope again and that could inspire positive changes for all of humanity, and for our planet as well.

Can you imagine the excitement that hearing Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, along with James McCartney, Zack Starkey, Julian and Sean Lennon, and Dhani Harrison, will be recording a new, concert length concept album and kicking off a world wide festival, dedicated to creating a global conscious awareness by inspiring the world to work together on building trust, improving communications and healing divisions.

All We Need To Know is a cohesive work of art inspired by the greatest thinkers of all time and written to entertain, to inspire and to motivate change.  For something to bring the entire Beatles family together would be the greatest musical / artistic story of our generation, it would rival any entertainment news story of the past 50 years, and it would provide a surging of hope, enthusiasm and cooperation not seen since the Apollo Program sent the first men to the moon.

Our world is fracturing, it is dividing, and it is dying and it desperately needs a catalyst and the leadership to pull it back on course before it is too late.  The All We Need To Know Concept Project is not political, it does not take sides and it is designed to improve communication, cooperation and self-awareness.  It is not the answer by itself, but, it provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture the imagination of the entire world and truly inspire some significant and much needed changes.

I would love to discuss how we could make this happen together.  Please visit  www.awntk.com for more information on how All We Need To Know could change the world.  You can reach me by return email at thezaharas@shaw.ca , or by telephone at 250 860-2125, or text messages at 778 363-6250

Thank you for your time,

Letter to Reuters regarding their Journalism Meta-Journalism project

Dear Reuters:

We live in a world where the words ‘fact’ and ‘truth’ and ‘freedom’ no longer have the same definition for all people.  Many journalists have reported on the ‘pandemic’ of misinformation in our world, and some are comparing the growth of news, information, and opinion silos to the biblical Tower of Babel.

I am writing today, to introduce you to the musical concept project, All We Need To Know (AWNTK), that my writing partner and I have created.  Its purpose; to encourage self-examination which leads to enhanced communication, understanding and tolerance between individuals, communities, and nations.

We appreciate that Reuters, and Facebook, have already built a coalition of journalistic organizations to combat misinformation, lies and ‘fake news’.  We would like to offer the artistic and entertainment potential of AWNTK to help promote your work, and to facilitate public acceptance for the various tools that your coalition members are providing.

The 20th century philosopher Herbert Marcuse said, “Art cannot change the world, but it can contribute to changing the consciousness and drives of the men and women who could change the world.”  As artists, we have the power to influence the world-changers, the idea-creators, the consensus-builders, the dreamers, the doers, and the willing-followers who are searching for hope and direction.

Hope is the promise for a better future that is frozen within our hearts.  It takes time, effort, and love for it to thaw and begin to flow, but when joined by similar streams, hope can be channeled, it can be harnessed, and it can become an irresistible force for the change we want to see in the world.

With the talent, and support of a major musical act behind the AWNTK concept project, it could be developed into the kind of paradigm shifting musical, artistic event that has the potential to give our world hope again.  The originality, scope and universality of AWNTK could inspire positive changes for all of humanity, and for our planet as well.  We have not yet selected a musical act to participate in this project, as, we wanted to make that decision with whomever our major project partners turn out to be, however, I have drafted a letter to Sir Paul McCartney and Mr. Ringo Starr as an example of how we could approach a major artist to offer them an opportunity to be a part of this project.

We have suggested Sir Paul and Ringo, along with their sons, and the sons of John Lennon and George Harrison be considered as the musical artists and celebrity champions for this project because;  Sir Paul, Ringo and the Beatle sons are all talented artists, they are committed to making our world a better place, and they believe in promoting peace and love. In addition, Sir Paul has said that he prefers to record ‘concept’ albums rather than albums that are just a collection of singles as ‘concept’ recordings provide a better listening experience for the audience.

Could there be a bigger entertainment story and potentially more exciting event than having the ‘Beatles’ family reunite to record a major original concert length album designed to shepherd in a new era of cooperation, collaboration, communication and love for humankind?   With an artist like the Beatles, and collaborating with your coalition of journalistic organizations, AWNTK has the ability to become not only a history making musical project but the “Live Aide” happening of the century, capable of helping you to facilitate a pragmatic global-conscious-awareness by inspiring the people of the world to work together on building trust, improving communications and healing divisions.

Our world is fracturing, it is dividing, and it is dying, and it desperately needs a catalyst and the leadership to pull it back on course before it is too late.  The work that Reuters and Facebook and your coalition have done provides a wonderful foundation for trust to be built upon.  For that foundation to reach its full potential people of all ideologies must be comfortable using it. The All We Need To Know musical project, which is not political, was designed to inspire people to think more independently and develop the cognitive tools required to find reliable sources of information that exist outside of their silos.   We hope that by including everyone in the process of seeking out and building online journalistic tools, it will help them trust the work and team members of your coalition.

AWNTK may not be the answer by itself but, it provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture the imagination of the entire world and truly inspire some significant and much needed changes.  Even if the AWNTK project never gets recorded by a major act, the publicity from stories that could be written about it could help raise awareness for your journalistic meta-project goals by penetrating the communication silos that your coalition members tend to be underrepresented in.

I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss how the AWNTK Concept Album could be used to achieve the goals I have outlined above.  Please visit  www.awntk.com for more information on how All We Need To Know could help provide the inspiration to those men and women who really do have the ability to change the world.
